My doll finally arrived. Long trip but made it safely

How do you get in contact with them? All my tries have been without a response. Their telephone voicemail is full and chats and emails are not getting any response either. I ordered from them based on great recommendations here but not feeling it myself

I am concerned because I placed an order Aug 19th and received an invoice. I paid by credit card but have not heard anything back from Yourdoll.
