Definitely splits rather than scratches. Almost certainly a fault during the mixing/pouring process.

Great idea, but I'd only be interested if it reverts to neutral position over the course of hours. I don't want to prod and poke forever trying to get her back relaxed and symmetrical, and never quite being satisfied.

Shudder to think how long brows and lashes could be expected to hold up, too.

I wouldn't want to attempt to dress this little lady. It's hard enough to get elasticated waistbands over my 125 girl's big bum as it is, and that's with custom tailoring!

Seems to me that this is the fate of every implanted head sooner or later. No matter how well anchored, you're going to get shedding to a greater or lesser degree, which eventually leads to thinning. With this in mind, wigs just make more sense imo. Easy to swap out when they get too thin.

They're great, I think all manufacturers should switch to providing them. My girl's stock makeup and lashes are still intact 3 years later, thanks largely to this. If you want well fitting, professionally finished clothes for a girl that size, you have little choice but to go custom. (Or learn to sew and make your own. :)) but be warned, t can get expensive. Almost all of the clothes for my 125 come from Etsy, people handcraft and sell almost anything on there...

Wow! I wouldn't even want this under the same roof as mine. I'd be paranoid about some kind of leprous airborne infection.
