So here is the real question, what do you mean by S-TPE?
Is it a buzzword like "Super-TPE" or
"platinum TPE".
Or are you actually switching to using
Silane Terminated Polyesther (S-TPE)
Or Silyl Terminated Polyesther?

That would be the basis of the fix. The half-doll shown would need a little solid-pipe reinforcement between the two hips, drilled and bolted in, but fixable.

With the coeros tool and aquarium pump she stays on the bed. I just prop her up a bit with an inflatable alligator (or pillow). A washcloth is all that is needed for wiping her moist lips dry.

Swag, necks are the easiest to fix. Is she silicone or TPE.
Does it flop forward and back or side to side? Or completely loose 360?

Anything can be fixed. Does your doll have a gooseneck or actual hinges?
Where is the break located? Top, middle, base deep in the neck at the collar bone?
