I've had a GT12 for around 9 months now, the joints aren't particularly tight or loose, they have eased a bit over time, but I would say that's just the joints 'bedding in'. Strange you didn't originally get some pictures with each head. When I ordered mine the factory pictures had some with each head and wig. Anyway sounds like you've got some with both heads now. Yes my first was a WM166C, she's fantastic, very pleased with her.
