I thought the damage was because i was moving her by head and not by the neck where the doll actually bends but its actually pretty hard to move her by the neck if the head is on WM heads are not supposed to be that fragile, or am i really not supposed to change the position by pushing and pull...

Hi, I wasnt very careful with my newly-arrived doll and managed to break her head attachment. I was moving her head a lot and helped myself with grabbing the head itself instead of neck - now i see why i wasnt supposed to do that as it is just not fixed very well and heavy tensions just slowly crush...
