I have an AF148cm doll less than a year old with the same condition with the left leg very loose from the hip. The right arm is similar from the shoulder.

As far as staining, white only but if you decide otherwise do not keep it on for more than a few minutes. No matter how much washing and rinsing, some clothing will still bleed and quick. Many of those stains may never come out completely.

I have an AF 148cm doll and the left shoulder joint is so stiff it's hard to raise her arm but the left hip joint is so loose the leg will fall on it's own. No problem with the spine and other joints are reasonably stiff to hold in place.
