But what you could do i to have a look at WM doll site and look around for bigger heads but with the same shade of skin, that might work, but it takes a lot of time and looking back and forth

These seems really seems on the sloppy side, that is truth. As for the string, that should not be there for sure. Try gently cutting it so that it does not cause any damage to you or lessen the feeling.

Hey, WM definitely has that option, we have 2 dolls that have the audiosystem, its located in the head, you start it by pusing a button directly on the soundsystem. It has some prerecorded moans and it reacts to when your touching/applying preassure to the doll
