I'd just like to say Jotti has reinforced my decision to look at a WM166C/#56, though with a medium/light tan skin colour. A very nice lady indeed

I too am acquiring knowledge to make a doll purchase decision. I also have my mind set on a WM166C, but with a #56 head, and in a medium/light tan colour. When I got my WM, I didn't really care for the skin tones pictured. The dark was too dark and the tan wasn't dark enough nor the right tint for the look I was after. I think if the pictures are showing the skin tone as lighter than it is, then maybe fair is what I'm looking for. Certainly only a very light tan, as per what appears to my eyes not to be particularly tanned in the 'Ximena' pictures.
