I use oil pastels on my doll for make-up and it works fine as long as you don't add oil. I would use a fade effect around the areas you plan to get oil on.

The hardware for this shouldn't be difficult to come up with. I would put thd sensor on the very side of the entrance.

Why not store the milk in a syringe outside the doll it's self and run a small hose through the nipples?
