Re: Not much action on here?

How necessary is the soft body upgrade? Does the standard body basically feel fine and the upgrade is just a sweetener, or is it more like hugging a tyre? If you've also handled a Sanhui doll, how does it compare to that, softness-wise? Not trying to start arguments about relative brand merits, it'...

I'll add a vote for this. Also for a slender rather than curvy hip ratio. It's too hard to find clothes once the measurements get too far out of whack from actual women's measurements.

Re: How to repair tears?

Okay, so to be clear I should not use a mesh, and I should put a tiny bit of silpoxy in the tear, clean it up, let it cure and then repeat until the tear is fully closed up?

Alright, hopefully I'll have an opportunity to do that sometime this week.

Re: How to repair tears?

I still need help with this. I still haven't been able to find out what the hell this fabric is. I found this tutorial, but I'm still none the wiser as to where to obtain this reinforcement fabric. All my attempts to google for it have been fruitless. I don't know why it seems to be such a secret. E...

Re: How to repair tears?

Can you provide a link to an example of the kind of mesh I need please? It's probably cheaper to source locally than to ship to Australia. As for the Permatex, am I to understand that I need it in addition to the Sil Poxy, or was it just offered as an alternative? If the latter, I may as well use t...

Re: How to repair tears?

The glue I have is this stuff . Is that the right one? As for the carbon fibre mesh, is this what you mean ? I'm not familiar with lace front wigs, and my attempts to google them have just made me more confused as to how they relate to carbon fibre. What sort of tool should I use to apply the alcoho...

How to repair tears?

My doll has a tear at the top of her vagina. I had her on top of me and realised I had left a tampon in to absorb the last bit of moisture from last time. Since I couldn't see properly and had expended a bit of effort getting into that position, I pulled it out blind. That was more difficult than us...

Just ordered from Sanhui myself and my order is complete. Before shipping they sent me several photos and two videos.
They'll also send you more if you have any concerns.

Re: So how are these eye adjustments supposed to work?

Well the video I was sent helped. "Snippers" in the email text was confusing since I couldn't figure out why a cutting tool would help. From the video it turned out to actually be tweezers. I managed to get some folded up tissue wedged behind the eyes and that's a big improvement. It's not...

Re: So how are these eye adjustments supposed to work?

There aren't really any instructions for this that I can find. It seems that you push in and rotate the eye, but now I've got a bit of a gap between the eyeball and the eyelids. I've got the adjustable eyes too. There is some sort of spring behind them. Push adjust release. You shouldn't have a gap...

Re: So how are these eye adjustments supposed to work?

Sanhui 158cm, like in the other thread.

Sorry about the crapness of the photo, but it's raining frozen wombats at the moment, and I don't have any decent lights handy. Still the problem should be apparent if you look at it full size.
