Here's something I did with a simple push button activated recording module. It's just a button with a plunger at the end of the Fleshlight that gets pressed when you thrust. This thing actually worked better than I expected! :) Easy to do with a hollow mannequin. Not sure how difficult it would be...

It can't be that tough to have sensors down in the pelvic area that give a signal when the area gets warm or has a lot of movement. The doll could let out a moan or scream like she is getting off. I would love it.
