ok, ...but what purpose does covering the bolts was a plastic cap serve? I mean, how does that .... enable the doll to stand in high heels? Where are these caps available, including photo?

What are "Mannequin fans bolt caps" and how are they used and installed? Do the shoes require modification? I googled it, but it still isn't clear...

Great pics! Maybe the weight of the doll, type of shoes, and stockings on the feet enable some dolls to stand without modification?
