Do you mean Hard Silicone, never heard of hard TPE, clarify if you can.

One method would be smell, if you smell something foul, something will definately be rotten in Denmark, you can also purchase an inexpensive endoscope online, and be able to inspect the orifices with your own eyes.

Contact the Manufacturer/Vendor before they ship this doll out and have them shave/clean this up before shipping out, once the doll arrives at your door it will be too late you will have to do all that yourself...
