What did you use to cast your insert and is it totally smooth? Just curious. Last time I cast a rubber sleeve it was round plasticine but nubs or spines in them are a big hassle to put in due to air bubbles resisting the liquid fill.

What I'm not keen on looking at the Meikis/Venus Clone is that the inner canal has next to no diameter and relies on the user to force the walls apart in use. Does this not mean it has much more pressure compared to the open-ended types? It looks more difficult to clean and dry too.
