I think this just proves that their quality standards are not ready yet for production. You experience solidifies my wish not to buy one now. I noticed on a lot of the personal photos from buyers that the skin looks glossy or shiny. It's almost like she's been oiled up. I don't see that on production images. Is this an accurate assessment? Is there something happening between the two versions that is causing this? Maybe something changed ...

According to GT, this model has not been released and will be a while before that happens as they are trying to figure out the design and parts availability. They basically said not to hold your breath. LOL!

For Gynoid dolls, what is the best storage method or position when not in use? Some manufacturers suggesting hanging by bolts or lying on material. Often arm and leg position is a big deal to avoid creasing.

Ant update on the "Platinum" TPE? I still have not seen and samples or mention on the site but it was mentioned here a while back...

Thank you for the clarification. So it will come down to whether or not the oil removal makes the end result better or not. More reason to see a sample.

So it ends up possibly lighter and easier to handle with the leeching of the oil later on. Once cured is there a difference with the TPE smell? I was thinking that the platinum term was possibly a curing process that might make it more similar to the silicone process. Silicone seems a little stronge...

I see on the RLSD site that there is a new "Platinum TPE". Has anyone seen it? I have both TPE and Platinum Silicone dolls and wonder what kind of difference to expect.

I have the Dagmar version and I only wish that the torso had more movement to it. It does not twist or arch or anything. I did not expect that in a doll of that size.
