To us it looks like you did receive a genuine head #28 from WM, but the promo photo you posted shows a head from OR Doll. It seems to be a simple explanation, the wrong promo photos for WM head #28. It is an honest mistake. Contact your vendor and we are sure this will be taken care of.

Doesn´t she look angelic?

There should be no problem with tears from inserting and removing the vagina insert. A good tip is to be careful and take your time, and to use a little powder on both insert and vaginal cavity for a very smooth insertion and removal.
