There's 3 sph, one between the lips although that's what I'm having them fix as they put it on the lip itself inside the mouth instead of between the lips. The other two are the standard places.

It's also rather huge, if it were standing up with legs extended it would be around 9 feet tall.

Just an update, I was able to get my doll made, although they entirely skipped the design approval process it came out almost exactly how I requested.

I also ordered a custom doll during the sale and have been waiting a couple weeks now just to get the first model from design.
