Since this thread is a sticky I figured I would post my insert pics here. I've tried 3 inserts inside TBD Cara so far...A Doc Johnson, Love shake Real, and Succubus Standard Ripple (soft). After inserting them inside of a cut down plastic container they all fit inside. The Doc Johnson looks the best...

Yes it is possible. I got my TBD last week to cuddle with in bed at night.
