You should not have to modify the replacement parts to make them fit. You have obviously got the wrong part and i think you should send it back.

Sounds interesting, Doll Story says you should mix the repair kit and 1 component glue, and a moderator says you absolutely cant do that...

Anyway, thats a nice guide you have done siliconefun. The idea of glue the silicone in 2 steps sounds good. I will try that next time i need to do repairs.

How old is your doll? To me, this looks like a manufacturing fault. The shoulder should NOT break like that as long as you are using the doll under normal circumstances.
