SM Doll is the house brand of
Shang Mei Gong Yi factory. Originally, Shangmei seems to have been an overflow factory for Jinshan; the self-reliant entity was put up a couple of years ago together with
Doll House 168 and, a bit later,
Irontech. You will recognize a couple of heads and body styles; DH168's classic lineup (the dolls before the "Evo" series) is still manufactured at Shangmei. So I'd say that this is a factory with quite some background, and they know what they are doing.
