H,

Indigo Individual is out of business.

Indigo's TPE Repair Kit, Stain Remover, Cold-welding adhesive, Magnetic M16 Connector etc. are not available anymore.

Hi,

effective immediately, we can resume to ship Indigo's care & repair products to all destinations in North America!

The reason: The 'Deutsche Post' has started to ship to the U.S. again. There is no crisis surcharge anymore. Good!

Shiping costs have not increased. Great!

However, there is one handicap: The Post takes shipping literally. Since there are still no sufficient air freight capacities available, they will ship on the sea route. That means that the expected transit time will be at least 25-30 days. For destinations in the western United States or in remote regions, the transit time may be considerably longer (source).

Waiting is not the issue here. It's costs.

The problem is that there are very limited transport capacities available from Germany to the U.S. Because of this, the German Post has suspended the tariffs 'Warenpost' and 'Päckchen' which Indigo normally uses. That's the lowest shipping rates he can get.

That means that there are only two ways to get Indigo's products into the U.S. as long as this crisis persists:

1) Use an Express service like TNT or UPS; the smallest packages cost ~$40-50 USD just for shipping.

2) Make a bulk order through Jeff from BCD; Jeff will collect orders for a couple of weeks, then Indigo sends a big package to Jeff, and Jeff distributes within the U.S.

Both variants are not exactly optimal as far as costs and/or waiting times are concerned.

Hey Indigo20. I am from the USA. I am willing to wait the shipping time to get this shipped. I understand the wait times. I have another parcel on the way from Germany, and it is now at week 8. I will also reach out to Jeff to see what he has in stock, but im after the comfort kit. I have a Piper Ariel with badly mangled orifices, and the methods I have tried were failures. Your comfort kit and the instructions are exactly what I need to begin rebuilding my beloved Ariel. I would probably need extra material to build it back up to an acceptable state.

Thank you for your consideration.

I rather would trust your CWA than any weird stuff some vendors start selling in Germany. If I would get my hands on it. Leni has some small skin cuts that I would need to close really soon, to avoid that they get worse.

Btw, the stain remover is really a game changer. Works like a charm. 8)

Hello Leather by Lee.

I see in your profile that you are from the USA.
Shipping to the USA is very expensive at the moment + it takes several weeks.
By creating a shipping label I have only the option to choose an expensive 5 kilo parcel with DHL (more expensive as usual) + an additional crisis risk fee of 16 € = total 53,00 €
The parcel will be in Frankfurt airport within 2 days (as usual), but then it takes several days for cargo loading it on airplane.
In the USA, the parcel will be regular shipped by USPS, not from DHL.
It is absolutely correct that medic equipment has the highest priority at the moment.
Because of the whole situation I can not recommend shipping from Germany to the USA.

Please get in touch with Jeff from Booty Call Dolls.
He is receiving a parcel (hopefully soon) with cold-welding adhesive.

About the Xylene hype:

About 4 years ago, a guy mentioned that the chinese TPE glue has the smell of xylene (dimethylbenzene = benzene ring + 2 methyl groups)
Therewith the whole xylene hype started, and it pops up from time to time.
What the guy smelled was toluene (methylbenzene = benzene ring + 1 methyl group).

Aromatic hydrocarbons, like toluene, xylene, and also other ring based hydrocarbons like tetrahydrofuran and cyclohexane are destroying the version of TPE material used for making chinese love dolls.
It is dissolving the hard block copolymers.
The structure of the used TPE version has small knots (styrenic blocks = hard block copolymers) that are connected with small elastic strips (soft block copolymers) to each other.
This structure can be stretched, pressed and twisted.
By using heat and specific chemicals, you are able to disconnect the structure = liquefying.
Therewith you are able to weld, reshape and smooth TPE.

But with chemicals that are destroying any of the components, you are creating a very weak version of the previous TPE structure.
It looks like you have done a welding, but under tension it rips apart, and therewith you see it was not a 100% welding quality.

Extremely health harming situation:

Aromatic hydrocarbons are able to cause
- cancer
- damages to organs
- damages to the nerve system

I'm never using such chemicals and in my opinion such chemicals have lost nothing in sex dolls and sex toys.
The industry is using small amounts of aromatic hydrocarbons within paint thinners, text markers, etc. because these chemicals are working as "enhancers" and they are very cheap.

That is the reason why the chinese TPE glue is made with toluene.
In Europe we have this situation:

That is the reason why doll vendors in Germany are not more allowed to sell the chinese TPE glue.

Can you send me one also. I am doing the same thing with my Chandrelle. I really don't want to use Xylene or hat weld.

Hey Indigo, any chance I can purchase one of your CWA kits? Ms. Danae is getting her palm plates and fingers replaced this week! Need a little something to close up that incision. Let me know! Take care

Thank you good Sir.

I want to leave a little feedback here regarding Indigo: He is very pleasant to communicate with, professional, reliable and trustworthy.
I have not used the TPE Repair Kit yet, but the delivery has been flawless. The set is complete and it comes with a multitude of helpful instructions for it's intended purposes.

10/10 would buy again. I can give an update once I have completed a repair. That said, I need to study and practice first.

Hi guys. Has anyone here managed to do business with Doll Studio? I have been trying to buy the TPE Repair Kit for about half a year now without any success. At first the product was not available on the website. I assume it was out of stock for a while. 3 months ago I tried to order through the Doll Studio website, but the submission had errors so the order was cancelled on me. Lastly I was mailing the info[at]dollstudio address. I tried two different accounts from different mail providers, including google mail, to make sure it would not land in their spam folder by mistake. I never got a response.

Now, if this product or a similar product was available at a different seller, I would try to buy elsewhere, but I did not find any similar product yet. I did ask one of my Chinese contacts at a doll factory in China but they could only offer me the TPE Glue (Dissolver) and TPE Stain Remover. I know there is also a German manufacturer that provides glues and solutions for Rubber and TPE materials. That would be my next address, but that probably means a lot of trial and error until I find stuff that actually works - if any.

I am located in Germany. If anyone has some tips or recommendations on how to acquire the TPE Repair Kit from Mr. Indigo please let me know. Thank you very much and have a great time!

Hi,

according to information from Indigo's main carrier (Deutsche Post), there are several limitation how and where Indigo's care & repair products can be shipped.

As of March 25th, no packages can be shipped to
  • China and HK
  • Italy - Medicina (40059), Ariano Irpino (83031), Polla (84035), Sala Consilina (84036), Atena Lucana (84030), Caggiano (84030), San Lucido (87038), Montebello Ionico (89064), Caulonia (89041)
  • Austria - Region Innsbruck: 6450 Sölden, 6452 Hochsölden, 6456 Obergurgl, Hochgurgl, 6458 Vent, 6553 See, Paznaun, 6555 Kappl, 6561 Ischgl, 6562 Mathon, 6563 Galtür, 6580 St. Anton am Arlberg, St. Christoph; Region Kufstein: 9844 Heiligenblut; Region Salzburg: 5542 Flachau, 5611 Grossarl, 5612 Hüttschlag, 5630 Bad Hofgastein, 5632 Dorfgastein, 5640 & 5645 Bad Gastein; Region Vorarlberg: 6762 Stuben, 6763 Zürs, 6764 Lech, 6767 Warth, 6888 Schröcken

  • Czech Republic - postal codes 78321, 78324, 78391, 78401, 58401

The list is incomplete, and the situation changes frequently; shipping to Luxembourg and the South of France is now possible, again.
