When a new doll comes along,do you send a notice via email and/or regular mail to those with older model dolls to exchange them?

I read somewhere that someone did that with an older doll....!

Abyss can NOT take in used dolls for exchange or repair, the health Dept. would close them down

That may have been a doll reseller and repair shop.
