The Doll Forum

Greetings. I am glad to find a in depth forum for this topic that many of us are interested in. My interest includes my plans to use Doll Figures for my art work both paintings and digital graphics. I hope to also share my interest in painting on the TPE figures to enhance their realism, though I understand there are challenges around making the use of silicon based paints stable and long lasting on some polymers.

So I look forward to getting familiar with the structure of the forum and the breadth of the topics and the community.

I have a figure on order, the first of a collection I plan to assemble so this will be an ongoing endevour for me. thanks for having created this opportunity for us to share.

Hello and thank you all. Appreciate the kind welcome. I can see there are challenges and things to learn about the proper customization and enhancement of doll figures. It is necessary I have found to learn as much as possible about the options from each manufacturer and also how to determine the best ways to get the most realistic figures from them. It is generous of people to share as they do about their own experiences for it helps us all. thanks.
