Glue Compatible with TPE

I was about to use Shoe-Goo -good thing I searched it on here first, it melts TPE!
Now, normally I would just heat and melt any cuts on a TPE, but I have a hole inside her vag at the very top I have to permanently seal. (I'm going to use a syringe to get the glue up in there) A flexible glue like rubber-cement I think would be best. Anyone have any ideas what kind of glue is most compatible with TPE?
