Inspired by the real dollars, I decided to develop my android simulating the human body. My budget is up to one thousand dollars.

The electronics will work on arduino. The inner case will be made on the basis of 3D printed details and aluminum profiles. The coating will consist of silicone and silicone gels. Power will be provided by several batteries. The planned height of 100 - 110 centimeters, possibly in the future is increased to 145.
The options are as follows:

1 Respiration simulation, depending on external influences
2 Mechanization of the head (moving eyes and mouth gums)
3 Comprehensive body heating
4 Simulation of heartbeat in the chest
5 The system of humidification of natural openings (I think you understand what I'm talking about)
6 Mechanization of holes (in the future I'll tell you in more detail)

The first step is the development of a 3d model for printing a shell.
Finished at 80%

In the future, I will post the progress on the forum

The price of head realbotix is 200-400 dollars, but they sell it for 2-3 thousand, because they need money profit. They require money for software, the mechanisms themselves are worth a penny. I do not develop software, I use ready-made libraries of arduino

The material cost in all this doll stuff is not that great.
It's labor, overhead and profit for a company.
As far as just a silicone doll, the greatest labor is making the doll model and making the molds. But the mold making is a one time thing. Then the skeleton manufacture and installation into the mold.
Mixing and pouring silicone is the easy part. The addition of gel butt and breast cores, harder feet and hands will add some labor time.

Hello guys ! Finally I finished the model in the blender, and printed it. This is the layout on which I will mount the breathing mechanisms, and parts of the inner skeleton. The size of the model is comparable with the doll 80cm. Now the fastener is being printed, I think it will be ready at the end of the week.

I also reworked the model a bit. Changed the size of the chest, slightly reworked the pelvic area. So far, there is no face model 2b. Her model will made at the last moment, since her need high detailing before printing.

If you're using Blender, I'm sure you can find a mesh that is similar to the modern Square-Enix face type. Then it's just up to some tweaks here and there.

Try the free 3D model places like free3d.com, blendswap etc.

No one said a recreation has to be perfect, unless that is your goal. This is your doll.
You can use the yorha 2b idea as a base model and do what you want from there.
She could be purple w/ horns, tail and 3 tits when you get done. Have fun.
