Hi everyone,Ric and I both love to workout and most of the time we do it together but today he talked me into workingout by myself and him just spoting me and spaying me with a water bottle when he thinks im getting to hot that was his idea lol,anyway here;s some of the pics,theres a few more we will post them in a little while,im feeling kinda sore and im going to have Ric give me a nice long massage.
