Looking For A Particular Doll's Clothes

Hello everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me with finding a particular doll's clothing. The doll in question is a WM155 DD model shown in the WM Dolls Media page:

Would anyone happen to know where to find her top, or at least be able to point me in the right direction? I've been searching for a few days, but perhaps someone on this forum has found this before or knows where to look.
