Is that one considered a low quality doll ?

Hard to say mate, I have been doing a hunt to map it to a maker to help old mate with a sale to ID the Maker.

PM me as the maker can not be promoted here as yet because they are not yet approved on Tdf , but I can steer you in the correct direction.

Every day I get emails from manufacturers of fake dolls. They use the OEM pics and send you their version. To make these guys go away I ask for a free sample . Here's what one "manufacturer emailed me:

They had this WM doll on their site. I asked for a free sample of her. They used this exact WM picture:
He replied with a photo of their version:
I would think that if someone ordered this doll they wouldn't be able to tell the difference in person. Just because the price is good doesn't mean that the quality is good. I'm hoping one of these manufacturers will take me up on my offer one day so I can make a video of how these scammers work.

Thanks so much for your input, ill definitely think about it because your only suspicion seemed like a low price, which is honestly my only suspicious too, but I did read from someone that it is a hit or miss with buying from eBay, and I did have a pm interaction with them and doesn't seem too skeptical, if I do decide to order one, do you guys want me to post a picture for updates ? And when you guys say tag, do you mean to just write my name on a piece of paper next to my item ?

Not only is it only $699, but that includes shipping??
Shipping is probably $250 to $300 out of that number.

The listing says TPE, but the specs say 'medical grade silicone'
they're just Keyword Stuffing
"Medical grade" means platinum cure. That's quite a bit more
expensive than the usual tin cure silicone, which is more
expensive than TPE.

They even tell you that you should go by the numbers, NOT
the photos. In other words, you're NOT going to get what is in
the photos, you'll get what's in the specs. These photos do NOT
represent what is in the specs.

Photos are of a 161cm WM Doll, not a 140cm body.

And that's without shipping.
(but you can get a good deal if you buy 10 or more )

They're saying not to estimate how tall the doll looks thru the pictures and to go by the specs in the description, but according to the description, I should receive exactly what is shown in the photos, so obviously if I get scammed I can use that against them if I were to file an eBay claim...hopefully I wouldn't have to tho, do you guys think I should post pics of what I receive and you can tell me if I got scammed?? It's my first doll purchase because it's the only affordable one I've seen so far lol.

Ooo I'm so nervous, the tracking says I should be getting the doll on Monday and the shipping weight says 67 lbs!

The picture they are are using are of a WM 161 face 51.... That doll weighs 85 plus lbs
If some one gets scammed on Ebay and is not on TDF, they have an excuse.
You have NONE!
If you want to support a crook, please do so and if you think you can easily win a claim, do your research about one person who lost even though the doll received was not what was bought.
And you might win your ebay claim, but he can then file a paypal claim. And tie up your money.

Where is the picture?? Because I couldn't find it.. And yes I can easily win, the description says I'll receive exactly what is in the photos, and if I receive otherwise, how would I lose that claim? And also, I didn't pay via PayPal..

Search on that number I gave you above. Just pop it into Google.

The seller is using known photos, of a known product, by a known
manufacturer, and we all KNOW that the listing you want to buy
from is a scam.

The doll you bought is going to be ove 9 inches shorter than the one
in the photos. That's not a minor difference!

And if the seller is going to lie to you about things that are easy
to check, what else aren't they being honest about?

They'll buy one and make molds, so they're copies of copies at best.
They only seem to do that for heads, though. The bodies are different.
And often come out like a cross between a child's doll and one of the

I used to see this a lot when I worked in Manhattan and services
photographic equipment. You'd see those guys rolling clothing carts
down the street and into a photo lab, where they'd take the newest
fashion items (that just came out today!) and scan the fabric on a color
scanner (those were new, and very expensive at the time) and they'd
send the scans to the company down the street, who would have the
same clothing in stores within a week.

Then they'd roll the clothing back to the stores for refunds.

Yes $690 is a lot for a doll but when she falls apart or doesn't function as expected then that $690 could have gone toward the real thing. This is a lesson learned I guess. Considering you didn't pay with PayPal you might have a tough case to dispute. Please keep us posted on what happens.

I WAS SCAMMED BEFORE I CAME HERE SO I KNOW FIRST HAND! Why would you even take the chance of having to fight for your money back when you are being told by so many on here. buyer beware? I am not saying they are fake knock offs but anyone of those non approved Vendors can seem so real. I know. The site I went through was fake but yet seemed legit. Anyway, my point is this. Don't say ''quote, I can easily win'' NEVER ASSUME My case, yes I got most of my money back. However, go read the scam section. There are guys who had the same case paid the same way and they are out thousands of dollars now. So you already ordered her, but I will be curious to see the outcome. JMO.. GOOD LUCK TO YOU..IG
