Nice sexy photos in this thread :)
The original coloring can get lost completely when you do the first oil bath.
Since I use the staedtler lumocolor the oil doesn't remove the colouring anymore.

Awesome pictures in this thread, indeed. Unfortunately my teddy babes can't cope with oil...

For the newbies, I do not think you want to do this with a silicone gal either, and definitely not a fabric doll, as our silicone skin will not absorb the oil and we will be slippery and tacky...so save the oiling for the TPE Galfriends.

Lily...not wanting a sticky situation.

Yes, be aware that mineral spirits on TPE dolls can also remove or fade makeup.
With Daria, her original TPE colour had pretty well faded even before she started using mineral oil.
It's not a problem though. Reapplying makeup after an oiling is all part of the fun.
Here's a couple before/after pictures from our achive.

The trick is to leave them blotchy and fading towards the outside. If it's too solid, it looks fake. I used a q-tip and dotted all around the outside edge, Then just smoothed it out a bit.

Thanks,

Hopefully I am not out of line saying this, but when I saw that I immediately wrote a story in my head to go with it. It didn't involve soap...

Aside from baby oil, which mineral oils are considered best by everyone at present?
