Do you want a 100cm doll with a mature looking head?

Recently we received requests regarding our 100cm dolls. Some of them are interested in this height but also wanna have a mature looking head to match with this body. We are not sure how big the market is on such combination - 100cm busty body + mature looking head. Remember Let's make a poll and let us know what do you think.

You guys can check out our 100cm busty body at this link

I think all of them should have mature head options, especially the smaller ones. It might depend on the country, but there is already enough stigma with dolls, why add to it?

Another idea, rather than just a mature head, is also a fantasy head, like the right scaled Elf head with the long ears for this model, a smaller scale similar (but not the same as) to the WM 160 Arwen Elf head, but in the scale for a 100 cm doll, will help with customs issues, as the doll can not be considered as childlike as it is a fantasy elf doll!

Just a thought!

Maybe late 20s to maybe early 30s. I prefer realistic looks to fantasy style. Mini BJD manufacturers seem to do an excellent job on this with some of their head sculpts. Hoping to see some of the same looks scaled up. The 100 size is great, you get the full body visual (compared to torso dolls) in a compact, easy to store package.

This! Although, my collection of 100cm or smaller dolls is already getting to big.

I'd like 100 cm doll with a mature head and enormous breasts! (That is to say, two, three, or four times larger than the breasts on the doll pictured.)

Would it be inexpensive, from a production standpoint, to create smaller scale-sized versions of pre-existing larger dolls? Take the mold, but reduce it some percent to make it 100 cm tall.

Anung's elf head idea is a good one. Well worth considering. Maybe a sexy Tinkerbell-looking head.

There are a few companies that do this and the sculpt turns out great. Kind of like how action figures are, just a mini woman.

CF Gets it  ....that's where I am going with that idea....you would have to be a nasty mean arse inspector to confiscate Tinkerbell....unless you were after the Captian Hook award for the month at Customs!

I say yes to the mature head and I have been thinking about the elf head as well since dec because it could replace those 'elf on a shelf' things people buy

Definitely, yes...

As long as the proportions are good, it'll work. Problems arise when makers put too big of a head (mature or not) on a small body, which looks bizarre. Even when it's pretty close, it still looks wrong.

Based on other posts/responses, it seems like fantasy heads are the rage too, but please keep in mind, even a fantasy "elf" or "anime" face can still look questionably young and defeat the main purpose...

Here's a great example of a mature looking 92cm. Sandro, of Doll Studio cleverly switched the original (too young looking and oversized, IMO) head of the 92cm doll with a more proportionally correct mature faced head.

What you get is a nice, light, sexy, mature, 92cm, 15lb. easy to carry, clean and conceal doll. Does the manufacturer "get it" and offer this combo? Nope. :x Aaarrghh!

If you do make a 100cm again, don't be afraid to slim the body up a little to save weight. Keeping the doll around 20lbs., instead of 26lbs. would be nice. From what I can see, the weight difference between your 100cm (26lbs.) and 132cm (33lbs.) is only 7lbs.!!

Totally agree. It'd be a shame to see dolls under 125cm and under get banned altogether because of too young looking heads, when there's so many enthusiasts--old and new--who just don't want to lug around 30, 50, or even 70lbs. of dead weight. (no offense to full-size doll enthusiasts!)

Maybe dolls of short stature need to be advertised not as "100 cm" but as "4/5 scale" or "3/5 scale." To pastydude's point, action figures and statues can be a foot or less in height, but are obviously women.

Eliminating all flat-and small-chested shorter dolls from production would be *a* good way to avoid any misunderstandings. I am not saying that because I love huge boobs, but rather because of the customs issues raised over and over again. Take any doubt out of the equation.

The proliferation of doll bodies in recent years has been a blessing, but doll heads need to catch up. Yes, there is room for more dream bodies, but what about some sexy ethnic faces, fun facial expressions, or additional celebrity lookalikes? What about some mature (read: 40-something MILF maybe with some hints of wrinkles at the eyes and/or a tiny double chin) faces, or uncommon features that have their devotees: Larger noses, collagen-injected lips, and, yes, elf ears?

With a new face to interact with, current dolls can be rediscovered in their owners' eyes.

would be good if the face is mature enough
