I must agree here. Most all of the latest large breasted Jinsan dolls have this unrealistic "stuck on" sort of nipple design. It's a shame, as the body designs are phenomenal otherwise.

THIS! Puffy areola are awesome, but in real life there's not a sharp "cliff" around the edge! Also, the texture on this new style is unnatural.
