Instead of brothels why not use the space as a doll dealership like a car dealership? Also sell used models. Also offer insurance and financing and repair bay? Test drive used models only for a fee.

I wouldn't but probably for someone looking "try before you buy" it might be an option. I'm not sure about this becoming the next fad in tourism, at least not now, when robotic/animatronics advance that might be a different story.

No, I most likely would not. Seems unlikely to succeed, who would want to be spotted walking into a doll brothel? Even if it is legit. The number of people willing to do that is probably pretty low. Not being judgemental, just realistic.
And even so, the hygiene issue would be a dealbraker for me, I suppose the same could be said for a "regular" brothel, but then I'd never go to one of those either.

No not for me. Hygiene would be my number one issue. Plus doll sex is very different to normal sex. Lots of things you can't do the same way due to tears/breakages. Think this will result in a lot of damaged dolls very quickly mainly because people won't know what to not do.

Yes, I can see that the dolls would probably be subject to an unusual amount of damage. Not a promising business model.
