I too use these simply value priced air dolls from NMC - they tend to be very durable and a robust design - like before excessive air pressure usually leads to their demise
I use a small cuticle cutter to trim around the dolls entries as the hygienic seal leaves a small amount of excessive vinyl material that tends to be discomforting on entry - it amazing how just removing just 2 to 3 mm of excess material completely changes the feel of the doll
