Doll album settings

I'm having trouble changing the settings on the permissions for all of my albums. It seemed it has defaulted to "Only me" setting. I even created an empty album and began with "Everybody (public album), and when I went to view the settings after, it defaulted to "Only Me". Can the admin change this? I have tried several times. Is there a bug?
