Newbie directions...Where is "Eye Candy" Land?

So all the official instructions for newbs and several user post suggest heading to the Eye Candy Forum to crank out your first 5 posts and get out of virtual prison. I may be blind but i can't seem to locate such a forum in the menu listings or the advanced search forum list. Where exactly is this mythical place? Thanks in advance.
