Vagina Insert needed in UK ASAP

Hi
Ordered my first doll which was shipped in from China (very pleased I decided to), it was supposed to come with a vaginal insert but I couldn't see one in the box.
I'm based in the UK and need one ASAP, suggestions please.

Mine (an OR Doll product from the Jinsan factory -- one of the main TPE doll manufacturers) was wrapped in a small fabric bag with a drawstring tie. There were lots of little things tucked away in odd locations in the box, so be sure to double-check, unroll every crumpled-up bit of packing, etc.
It's also conceivable they accidentally sent you a doll with a built-in vagina rather than an insert. They look pretty much identical from the outside (at least, for Jinsan products), but if you stick your hand in, the ones with inserts widen out quite a bit just inside the lips.
