Thank you, Samara, for an interesting idea. There certainly is a special essence to dolls.

I remember when Chess computers had become popular. Most thought they'd be over joyed to have a machine that could play a good game of chess. I remember one community college instructor who paid about $1,000 for a nice one, back in the early nineties. Talking to him, I discovered that he thought the thing enjoyed winning and despised losing.

Now, I can download a stock fish engine and play a very good game on my Android phone. However, the life of the game is gone.

I wonder whether a similar phenomenon could happen with android lovers.

I prefer them to be dolls brought to life by my imagination. I do hope that those who want robots will have and enjoy them none the less.

The only question that remains is what to do with bot or droid when she starts naggi g to no end? Lol
Our house is haunted. Seriously. We have electronic toys that come on by themselves in another room. One is a "Little Mermaid" rider for toddlers that starts playing music by itself. Another is a little house that has a sound chip to teach kids counting, letters, and has door bell sound; it starts sounding off by itself. There have been instances of things disappearing from where you left them and, after tearing the house apart, will reappear months later exactly where you last left them.

Just last night, I was looking at Camea standing by my bed and thought about the prospect of the poltergeist "possessing" her and making her move around.

I've also seen the poltergeist and there are two; one is a man and the other is a woman. The woman has called out my name when I'm sleeping to wake me up, has put her hand on me to wake me up, and has walked across when I was half-asleep. She was wearing a long dress. I know it wasn't my wife because my wife was at her father's house performing hospice duties.

Maybe it's the Trekkie in me, but I'm not afraid of them; I've tried to find a way to communicate with them and if Camea did "come to life", she could at least type out on my laptop what she wants to say.
