All Sanhui dolls are built in only but considering the better appearance and function of built in this is a good thing.

No it's not! For functionality I would take inserts over built in any day!
And since when are they built in only? Didn't they make the 120cm Reiko in the past? That one has an insert option, so why not the new models?
