That's the good thing about making your own doll. You can make her any way you like.
Going downtown. Gonna see my gal. Gonna sing her a song. I'm gonna show her my ding dong! C&C

Thanks Lucid. It's going to be a long slog but, heck, that's the fun of it.
And you, too, LJ69. Once I get my 3D printer working again I'll be spitting out more parts!

I 'm only using it for the face, sense that's were i most of my interaction with my doll is anyway, so i only need the 2lb kit of 20a Ecoflex. I got a good body shape that i made with foam rubber, PVC skeleton, D taped to finalize the shape, covered with nylon pantyhose, then used regular silicon to form the underskin, then the final skin coat will be silicon diluted with VM&P Naphtha and acrylic paint for color. the only prob with it is the body is a little stiff, but it works for me

Roger that and good luck. Let me see how it turns out. As for me I'm still totally stuck as my printer no longer reads the SD card to print from. Been trying to get help from the company I bought it from. Hope I'll be back up and running soon.

Yeah, printing the parts is no big deal but the real work for me will be smoothing each piece as I want an absolutely smooth finish prior to making a mold from the assembled piece. I ordered a couple of tubes of plastic putty to fill in the gaps between pieces. So my work is definitely cut out for me. Once I get the printer running again (I have replacement cabling on its way to me now) I'll have more pieces to show.

Hey Mike, hope you get your printer up soon!

Sounds like you've already got what you need, but I thought I would just add my recommendation for a really good filler.
I've been using Aves Apoxy Sculpt and paste for all my mannequin mods and it's great stuff.
The sculpt is a lot like epoxy putty but more workable like clay and it's non-toxic.
The paste is similar but in a stir-able paste form and makes a great adhesive and surface filler.
You can even heat the paste a little and make it brushable or even pourable for molding.
The only down side is that it takes a full day to cure until you can sand it. So if time is not a big issue it's great stuff.
