Incredible work Oz, the gifs add so much to the story. It may be quite a lot of work but by the hum it's worth it.
I can't begin to imagine where you get some of this equipment, I mean, that gun for a start, amazing.

The making of the gifs didn't take that long.. Except for the "Raise the gun" gif.
Photoscape kept dropping a critical frame during the saving process. still don't know why???
It took me 3 days and about 23 different attempts before it finally saved correctly...
The hard part is the hours spent on "Ebay" finding the props and parting with my money ... hehehe...
The gun is a vintage GI Joe anti aircraft gun. (Actually stumbled on by Lone Ranger).
And of course you know the story of how my crew came to "steal" one from the space mall..

For anyone who is interested... A bit of history about the Bofors gun originally designed in Sweden..

Get ready Harrison here they come..! He's right behind me.... "SHOOT".. yelled The sarge. The pilot still oblivious to the trap... I have you now..! I can see him...Steady.....! Harrison took aim. Come on darling. You can do it. And He let rip...!

"Bang..Bang..Bang..Bang..Bang".. But the tie fighter took quick evasive action and avoided the barrage.

Aaaghh..It's a trap..! Yelled the pilot. I Can't afford to risk another attack.
Best to report the TDF headquarter location to Crackdick myself.

(Little did he know that TDF headquarters was was really nowhere near this location). Damn.. There goes the element of surprise.
I missed my one and only chance.!

Harrison was devastated, thinking his brother was still in danger.

Sorry bro. And on the ground the crew had lost sight of both craft.

I can't see them.. said Melody worried about the Sarge. They have dissappeared..!

There was a long tense pause......... But the radio soon crackled again...

Harrison I'm okay. He's bugging out, back to space..
WhooHooo.... yelled The Sarge with elation. We did it. Your all hero's..!
Oh thank goodness. I see him now. said Melody, her heart still racing. Here he comes.. Upside down....hehehe

Jones flew over with a barrel roll.

Horray... It's gone... screamed Gyn.
Yeehaa.. We won.. added Cassino. Well at least earth is safe for now. said Harrison.

He got away!! Boooo.... But I guess Harrison has other things on his mind so we can forgive him this one...

At least this moves the story back to the Deadly Star and we can get going on a certain event

It sounds like they need to ‘booby’trap that place in case Crackdick has ideas about attacking it!

agree with hollows you need to booby trap that area (not with real boobies though). carly can relax now that the tension is over.

Turning fortunes, Part 8..TDF's secret weapon.

The tie fighter avoided being shot by Harrison and escaped from earth...

Feeewww.. Made it... Home free. Director Crackdick, I'm your man...Hehehe.. Or so he thought..! Suddenly a large satellite detected a fast moving craft.

"BEEP...BEEP..BEEP" whistled the scanners. Inside was an r4 unit programmed by TDF managment. He raced to the window

Brreeepp..brroioioip brip bop. (Danger danger. An imperial fighter). Without wasting a second he scrambled to the business end of the ship.
Tripped the safety and the weapons systems came on line. Programmed to shoot imperial ships it fired immediately. The fighter stood no chance.. A direct hit. It spun out of control and blew up killing the pilot.

After the scanners gave the all clear, r4 went back to the communication room.
He contacted the crew with the good news and waited.
Hoping for another transmission from our gang on the deadly star... ... "Guys"...I just had a call from r4. He blew up that fighter from the satellite..
That was the last one so go. Go and get married while you have the chance.
Oh Gyn that's wonderful.. But you guys are coming with us aren't you?

Were the heck have we been keeping that bad boy . Damn, who knew that there was a TDF armed space station!! Well that is going to piss someone off...

The trip back home in the chopper was of somewhat a different mood..
The girls giggled and discussed wedding plans the entire way home..! Harrison kept his earphones on pretending not to hear.
Cassino just starred at Harrison.
Shaking his head and wondering if he knew what he got himself into..! By the time they got home Jones who had been back for some time ran to greet them.

Alright we did it.. he said pumping the air..! A job well done little brother.
Yeah but I missed that damn fighter.
It's ok. r4 finished it off.

Oh heck it looks the wedding is going to happen sooner than I thought, I will have to let Sarah know as I am sure it will take her some time to get ready (hope she doesn't read this). Can someone let us know the date of the wedding so we can be ready.

The TDF space station was awesome , certainly didn't see that coming.
