I did it. I ordered the vanessa doll from MySiliconeLoveDoll!

Their chat was amazing (Chen) and was fast to reply. I will update this thread with progress on how it goes. (And upload pictures!)

-After the sale is made, you are left with yourself, and chen will not help you in chat since he is only a seller. The support on their contact mail is not friendly and it seems like they don't care about your questions.
-Says ships in 3 days on some of the dolls, however it does not look like that. (To be updated, got a shipping label made today after I mailed them and asked why it was not sent yet. But the package is not picked up by fedex yet so we'll see.
-Last night the chat was open the whole night but nobdy was there to speak with. I think they may left the chat open when they left the office?

The feedback is ment for other customers and MySiliconeLoveDoll! There is a couple of negative feedback but I'm sure they are able to get that fixed

Overall I was very happy with the purchase. One thing I did not research was skin tone and the difference that can make and slightly different faces.

Our guy who answers the emails is Chinese, his English is not perfect. So if his answers sometimes sound cold or not so friendly, then it is not what is intended. I hope you understand.

Sorry about this late reply. We have not had a community manager for a while now, but that has now changed.
