I was wondering how fast Abyss usually replies/when I should get worried I might've gotten lost in the spamfilter.
Only mailed sunday + there's the 9 hour time difference, so I probably shouldn't worry but the summer sale is making me a bit nervous... good thing it's been extended!

I have emailed Abyss (sales@realdoll.com) several times and I was answered by Annette within hours each time.
I do live in the US though.

I'm also 9 hours upfront. Annette normally answers as soon as she is in the office.

Well, you likely have a bunch of other people like yourself who procrastinated to the last minute and now there is a line. Hopefully you will get answered before the 6th.

Yes they are very quick to answer

It's usually 24 hours unless it's a weekend.

It's usually within a few minutes in my experience.

Thanks! Taking a lot longer for me but I suppose that's not surprising if you ask too many difficult questions in the middle of a sale. Hope it all works out in time!

Does Abyss not respond on weekends? I sent one Saturday night and haven't received a reply yet. I thought it might've gotten lost in their spam as well so I sent in another one tonight (Monday), modified as the sticky'd thread suggested.

Nope, regular business hours.

Well, so far since the 28th: sent 4 mails, called & confirmed receipt of message & left another message on the phone a few days later; no reply so far. Obviously your mileage may vary...

Just thought I'd update... received a thorough reply on Friday, Abyss got a bit flooded with mails & calls because of the summer sale

Yeah when there's a special or when someones out sick it can cause a backlog. You can always email me @ joe@realdoll.com if it's been more than a few days and I'll make sure it gets taken care of.
