What's the most important thing on a doll?

When you look at dolls, what do you look for the most? What convinces you to buy the doll you buy? Feel free to elaborate why you voted like you did. If you voted for "Other" and feel that I left out something important, please let me know. It's very difficult to decide just one thing, so you're allowed to vote for two things.

The face is most important I think, a body is just a body and has no human resemblance without it. It's just like one of those fuck bodies without the arms and legs. A face will determine it's race, it's expression, and what type of doll you want it to be. Big mouth = good at oral, smiling mouth and wider eyes will make you feel happy when you look at her, a good face with good eyes is what sells a doll I think so I see it as most important.

I'm surprised that "The shape of the body" only has 1 vote out of total 24 votes, so far.

I voted for realistic and height/weight but would have chosen material as well if possible

The most important thing for me is the size. If a doll is too short, it looks like a child to me and that makes me very uncomfortable and unable to enjoy it physically. Im also very tall myself, and would like a doll to match my lenght. For this reason, I pretty much ignore any dolls below 140 cm, no matter how good they look.

For the second important thing I chose the face. It is the first thing I see when I look at a woman and decide wether I find her attractive or not. She can have a gorgeous body, but if she has a butter face its a no-no.

I think thats because in my case, most of the bodies look good already. Ive only seen a few body models I really did not like.

Hmm, you may have a point there. Most of the doll bodies out there do look good, but personally I want a body with something a little extra. Something which makes the body especially appealing to me. For example, if you like big boobs, you may find the WM165cm K-cup doll extraordinary.

Other - quality of construction.
If the doll falls apart or breaks easily, it doesn't matter how good the rest of the features are.

You're right. Forgot to put that in there :)
Maybe that could partially fall under "Who the manufacturer is", since some have better quality than others, like skeleton construction for example.

Face is most important. Followed by making the genitals attractive and not like a crudely shaped silicone tube in a hole (Im looking at you DS. Kindly get your sculpture to come visit another country where uncensored porno is legal, or hire him/her a hooker so he can see one first hand)

Very closely tied in 3rd is skeleton durability and not using any wire based elements that will fail just from regular use. Hinges only!

I would say durability over time. How well a doll holds up over routine wear and tear. It's certainly a hot topic right now.

I voted Face and Size. Guess I am in line with other thinkers so far.
Face yes, that is most likely the first thing that my eyes go to.
(Shallow person that I am) :D

Size, not so much the height but for me the weight is much more important.
So many other things go into my little shallow thought process. But I guess these two are a start. :plaidskirt:

SKELETON AND CORRECT ANAL AND VAGINAL PLACEMENT are the 2 most important things that comes to dolls.

For me, like others, the face is where the attraction starts. Otherwise non-starter. Then the body, with curves and shape that just do it for me. Weight can be a challenge but personally not willing to compromise on the body to save weight.

I picked other because all of the above is true.
But also they need to start making them where you can fix them.
I will not buy another doll until they figure out how to remove skin and fix skeleton.
If I am willing to pay over a 1000 dollars for an item I would prefer if it could be fixed if broken.
I can buy parts for any other item I purchase and fix it so what is the problem with doll manufacturers?
Just my thoughts.
