This is interesting. We sell a lot more TPE dolls than silicone dolls, yet most people have voted for silicone.

Perhaps it is offset by the sales of other Vendors who only sell one or the other and pricing also?

LoneRanger is there something you would like to share with the group Is she silicone or TPE?

Silicone still in a steady lead, I see. Well, now that Hitdoll is working so hard to improve their silicone dolls, maybe we will see an increase in orders of silicone dolls.

They should make every doll your choice.
Being you can choice TPE or silicone.
I find that there is a lot more of beautiful doll in TPE then
In silicone and I find myself going through TPE. But if there was
An option then I would mostly likely go silicone.

I chose TPE for 2 reasons; 1) price, 2) TPE dolls to me just look better.

Silicone. I think its so much easier to maintain and I think TPE carry too many problems. I will stick with silicone, for me is the right choice.

I chose silicone. It's easier to clean and maintain, doesn't stink, hypoallergenic, and you don't have to worry about heat melting your doll. Plus, silicone is easier to repair when shit happens.
Also, I had an allergic reaction to TPE, so no matter how hot TPE dolls look, it will always be silicone for me.
Which is fine, I like the way they look and feel......

My first doll which is my current doll, is silicone. To me, I find her too hard to the touch. She's not soft enough. I just ordered my second doll from WM made of TPE. So I am anxious to get her and compare the two dolls. I hear so much about TPE being much softer and I want that. Plus, the TPE dolls just seem prettier to me. So I can't give an honest answer yet until I get my new TPE doll.

I love the softness of TPE, although silicone has gotten softer over the last few years. I also strongly prefer the fact that silicone dolls can have makeup that is permanent. Having the makeup on TPE dolls constantly wearing off is quite annoying. That makes it a tough choice between the 2 types, although the lower cost of TPE is a largely deciding factor.

I am guessing this is the reason. TPE is easier to sculpt, so the faces tend to be more appealing for the same amount of money.

If most customers do not research the materials, TPE would be the clear winner, but the people voting here have researched the materials.

For me, it's only silicone. It is more durable and more hygienic.

Plenty of research on my end and I chose accordingly. Just a matter of where you place your priorities.

A sports bra is more durable and requires less care than a delicate lace demi-cup, but I still prefer the latter.

I've had both. TPE is fantastic. Silicone is old technology.
