Well, a printer is not in my budget, so I hired the printing services through a local site. They use PLA and at the moment they only had black filament, I'm going to paint it anyway. They'll send me the first parts next week. Due to my budget, I separated the files into folders; I'm gonna start with the pelvis and its parts. Later I will have the calves and feet done ... It'll be a fun project, getting all the parts and put them together little by little.
I am new to printing, in fact I never need it before. I have done other projects in wood but in very different themes from this one (the previous project was to make a copy of Lennon's guitar, which ended very well). I hope this project also leaves me satisfied.

May seem like a strange question but are there any clothes available for this size doll?
I know there are lots available for the BJD but this size is bigger.

Hi Anton, not a strange question at all.
There are a lot of sellers on eBay that make clothes for MSB.
Here's one with some that look pretty nice...

Hello! this is my first post in this community, I am beyond impressed with what everyone here manages to dish out. I have a question and I'm sorry if this sounds redundant, but as a beginner (no 3d printer, just hope lol) what hope do I have to achieve a similar mod look? im going to get these two my size disney dolls by the end of the week and am eager to try and mod a fleshlight sleeve into them but am lacking any guidance or 3D printing skills. Is there someone on this forum that specialized in outsourcing 3D prints? I think Shapeways might get a bit expensive for most folks for larger prints like these.
The nice thing about the filament printers is that you don't need to have a shell modeled.
The print software automatically gives the outer surface a thickness and fills the inside with a lattice.
Does the Form1 do that for you or do you need to actually have a shell thickness modeled?
