I discovered dolls (and my fascination for them) when I stumbled upon abyss creations. When I was browsing their goods I noticed they offered a trans accesory that is basically a vaginal insert but it had an erect penis on the outside. So you can turn your doll into a futa girl! Theyre very popular in some circles.

While it's not for me, I thought it was a clever way to make your doll more versatile.

To the OP. Like others have said we are not on here to judge. Other than the attachments that have been mentioned and doll I posted a link for I have never seen a full on trans doll.
