YES ! The head of this angel is a DREAM DR001 Zhu Xian Beauty.

I got her from a well known shop at AlixExpress (China) for about 30 €.
The box is simple, small but well protected with foam and plastic bag.
The hairs are lonnnnnnnng !
The neck hole fit nice with Phicen's bodies, and can be easily modified if needed (same system as Phicen, or Kimmy Toys).

I choose a Phicen S07C body (pale color) that is much according with the face color than a S09C (suntan).
They have many in stock... but sure this will be a success.

I read it this morning and knew there was some sort of inside joke about The Dream, but knowing nothing about Phicen, it went over my head. Thanks for filling in the details.
