My experience at Boy Toy dolls

Hi Folks, I'm new here and new to the doll world. But, after reading the many good posts on this board, I thought I should give something back. So, I would like to share my contact with BT.

I was thinking about RD and BT for a long time, but I've never seen one in person, and it's impossible to know what they feel like just from the pictures. I was surfing the internet last week and noticed that RD and BT was having a $1000 off sale, So I called BT and asked if I could come and see them for myself. I talked to Mike, the production manager, and made an appointment for the next day.

Luckily, I only live about an hour away from the factory in San Marcos. I drove down the next day, not really intending to buy one. I mean even the cheapest BT on sale was $4000, a nice chunk of change. I got there and met Mike, he let me in through the door, and I was blown away at how beautiful the dolls are, actually they're works of art, not just dolls. Mike took me to the back, and answered all my questions. He showed me the process of them being made. There was a #4 body hanging there, with the gel implant, he let me squeeze her butt, and it was spectacular. We went back out to the showroom so I could look at all the dolls that were there, BT and RD. A real awesome sight. I was surrounded by beauty. As I was looking at the new doll Solana, I told him that I wish there was a BT with Asian head because I'm partial to the Asian look. He told me that any RD head could fit on a BT. I looked to my left and there was the wicked doll Kaylani. I asked him if I could have her head, he said yes as her head size is a good fit for a BT. Wow!!
I asked Mike how I could order that on the website? He told me that it was available for quite a while, but it doesn't show on the website yet. He told me that if I come back the next day, he will sit down with me, and get everything the way I wanted. I said great and made an appointment for the next day.

I came home and read all I could about BT on this forum, the advice on here is great, and I thank you all for that.

The next day, I came armed with a picture of a ex-girlfriend, so I could show him what I wanted the make-up to look like. I was there for another 2 hours and Mike never rushed me. Thanks to you guys, I went with the no finger wires.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience. I encourage anybody that is thinking of buying a BT or RD to go see for themselves. No picture can do them justice. The dolls are truly a work of art.
I ended up with a body 4

Skin: Light Tan Eyes: Espresso w/ Veins Makeup: Light (Add Mole To Face) Lips: Natural Nails French Hair: Long Black & Long Blonde Nipples: Tan / Perky 1 (Match Kaylani) Insert Style: Kaylani & Lupe Freckles: Body Only Duracast: Both
As you can see, I got an extra wig, and a extra insert.
Total almost $7,000, but looks to be worth every penny.
I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Mike, I would have never bought one. He gets my 5 star award for customer service.
Sorry if I rambled on, but I'm very excited about my purchase. They gave me a delivery date of Dec. 18th. Hope she's ready early.

That'll be one helluva nice Christmas present for yourself!

I'd love to tour the doll factory someday. Too far away though.

Great post! There are some companies that get it and some that don't. Abyss...they REALLY REALLY get it when it comes to everything. From customer service to the actual product. I like reading first hand experiences such as yours.

Christmas is going to be a lot more fun this year for you! Can't wait to see photos of your new lady when she arrives.

It's interesting to hear they now offer the Wicked Realdoll heads on other bodies. That hasn't always been possible.

Wow! Thanks for posting that picture of Kaylani. She does have a beautiful face indeed! Thanks everyone for the kind words. And yes, I'm lucky to live so close that I was able to see them in person. It made the decision to buy one a whole lot easier.
