There does seem to be a resemblance. Even the body shape is similar. (Looking up their respective dimensions on the web seems to confirm that.) I am sure Abyss can do the make-up on an Asa doll to look like Lucy. Add freckles, change the eyebrow shape, use lip paint creatively, and you have a Lucy Liu replicant to go to bed with whenever you like.
