Teddy Babe Breast Enhancement - Preview

Afternoon,

Working on a rough breast enhancement for Teddy Babes (just basically patching the breast with a larger flap). The original flap I removed from my doll for a breast reduction was around 2 inches across. The new patch measures at least 5 inches, giving it a significant size increase.

Turned out pretty nicely, but keep in mind that the TBD I used was stained due to poor clothing choices when I first got it, so the contrast between the original and new patch material is pretty drastic... also it looks like my TBs boobies have a tan.

Anyway, first some prep work:

Evening,

Here are some more pictures and some quick info:

Bust Measurement: 99-100 CM / 39.5" - 40" (The black bra is a 38D and is far too small for the doll)

The breasts have the super soft fill option, and are very soft and squeezable (perfect when cuddling).

Wow! I adore that squishy softness, even though the added size isn't really for me. Since I removed some overstuffing in Lian, she's as soft and hugable as the first Classics were. Your girl seems to be even softer, though! Plush pillows, double package xxl

Is it possible or is it worth while filling the TBD's breast with gel or other material to improve the realism / pleasure to the touch ?

From experience, not really. The main concern is that you would need an internal bubble or balloon to hold the gel that would need to be large and very strong so it would not pop inside (which could lead to permanent staining or hardening of the skin from the gel drying on it if it does pop).

Also, because of the thickness of the breast bag's fabric and the fact the breasts are non-moving due to design, the only change would be extra weight and slightly more range of movement in addition to maybe a softer and squishy feel.

If you want ultimate breasts on a TB, I will always recommend the Pillow Mod. It is absolutely worth the high cost and done right will leave no long-lasting damage on your doll.

The pillow mod mounts a Ruby13 breast inside your doll, replacing your doll's original fabric breasts with the soft platinum silicone breasts of a Ruby doll.

The high cost is due to the pillow itself ($350-420 USD new depending on if you can find a cheaper one), while the work itself does not cost much.

As for better lips, I'll throw that one to Cuddly who can make fabric lips. For softer gel type lips, can't help you there. It's unfortunately not something I've had time or money to work on yet.

I tweaked the original design a bit, using a single layer for the patch and cutting it into more of a teardrop shape rather than the original football shaped one. Some refining on the stitching and attachment created an excellent appearance and overall higher level of quality. Using velour fabric gives a consistent texture, but until I find a color match I cannot offer a breast augmentation as an official modification, unless a doll's owner doesn't mind the tan lines.

Unless you're doing this to a brand new Teddy Babe - forget the color match. You never know in which state of tan she will be, and it's already hard enough without that with the different skin tones.
